I use it every day to run KeyPlayers and I teach my team to do the same. I care about what it changes in a normal workday, like the email it drafts, the report it builds and the hour it gives back. There's always a person checking the work.

Most companies run out of the founder's head. I build the systems that get it out of there, so everyone knows who owns what, how the work gets done and where everything lives. When it's set up right the business keeps moving without me in the room.
We place trained remote executive assistants with founders and give them an AI system to work inside.
The assistant takes the inbox, the calendar, the follow-ups and the admin, and the AI helps them get through it faster. It's how I run my own company too.
